Vietsun IC is committed to ensuring that all products supplied are of the correct origin, manufacturer, and quality.

I. Return and Exchange Policy at VietsunIC

1. Compensation Cases

  • If the origin or manufacturer is incorrect, VietsunIC will refund 10 times the order value, regardless of when the customer used the product.
  • If the product is damaged during transportation and becomes unusable, VietsunIC will send a replacement product of the same type. This applies when using a shipping company chosen by VietsunIC.
  • For errors in storage at the company resulting in a difference in product quality, VietsunIC will compensate 3 times the order value and rectify the consequences (if any).
  • If the quantity/volume/product line is incorrect, VietsunIC will exchange/supplement the product for the customer and will bear all resulting costs.
  • In cases where customers wish to exchange products, VietsunIC only accepts exchanges for items of equal or higher value. Returned goods must retain their original tags and labels, and must not be damaged or have unsightly packaging. Customers are responsible for any resulting costs.

In all 5 cases above, customers are responsible for providing relevant documents proving that the goods belong to VietsunIC and that the defect is VietsunIC’s fault, so that we can complete the return/exchange or compensation process.

  • Purchases made directly on the page/website/through company staff/company’s list of collaborators.
  • Provide invoices or equivalent documents.

2. Return/Exchange Conditions

Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • Goods are not the correct type or model as ordered.
  • Insufficient quantity or incomplete set as ordered.
  • External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage

3. Regulations on notification and return/exchange time

  • Notification time for returns/exchanges: within 48 hours of receiving the product in case of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
  • Return/exchange time: within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Return/exchange location: Customers can bring the goods directly to VietsunIC’s office/store or send them via postal service.

4. Exchange/Return due to incorrect or missing products

If you receive a product different from the description on the website or missing items compared to your order, please notify VietsunIC within 48 hours of delivery. If more than 48 hours have passed or if a joint inspection report has been signed between the shipping company and you, VietsunIC will not agree to send replacement products under any circumstances.

II. Return and Refund Instructions

VietsunIC will assist you in returning the product without charging any additional fees.

Please send the item back to VietsunIC as instructed to receive free shipping.

Refund Method:

  • For orders paid in cash: VietsunIC will process the refund via bank transfer after receiving the returned product.
  • For orders paid online: VietsunIC will refund the money to the account you used for payment.

VietsunIC will notify you via email once we have received the returned product. Please note that VietsunIC will refund the product price you paid; shipping fees, surcharges, and any additional promotions will not be refunded.
